Quest steps
- Talk to Issam to get a Leaflet and hints where to find the Academy.
- Enter the Academy and talk to Rallander.
- If you recognize (Healing & Herbs (3)) the Potion of Light Steps is a scam you avoid being put to sleep before attack.
- Kill them all.
- Get back to Issam and choose to kill him for a Steel Dagger or hold him to high standards of no crime behavior and obtain a Lesser Ring of Embers.
