Quest steps

1. Talk to Chancellor Bastid
2. Visit the quary and approach the Undead Foreman to get a capacity to resolve the
   1. Optionally use the information obtained from Principles of Vallerian stonecraft in the cottage to solve the riddle.
3. Peacefully or not peacefully put Undead Foreman and his crew to final rest
4. Approach North part of the quarry where is the root cause of the problem Zahaid the Elementalist and put him to final rest as well
   1. Supportive listening options will lead Zahaid to loose intiative.
5. Report to Chancellor Bastid
