Quarry has been under the working orders

Quest steps

1. Talk to Chancellor Bastid and ask for work
   1. Pass Diplomacy (3) to receive 50 in advance.
2. Visit the quarry and approach the Undead Foreman to get a capacity to resolve his issue peacefully (initiating the subquest The Last Order)
   1. Optionally use the information obtained from Principles of Varsilian Stonecraft in the cottage to be able to give Dead Foreman the EXACT number of each stone type.
3. Peacefully or not peacefully put Undead Foreman and his crew to final rest (subquest The Last Order)
4. Approach North part of the quarry where is the root cause of the problem Zahaid the Elementalist and put him to final rest as well.
   1. Supportive listening dialog options will lead Zahaid to loose intiative (Runes & Arcana (4)). Direct challenge means he attacks with more initiative. Fight cannot be avoided however.
5. Report to Chancellor Bastid that job is done.
