Once per day the character may focus his battle capabilities on defending from incoming attacks. The stance only brings benefits when the character ends its turn using the Defense action, granting +5 Armor and +20 Critical Defense in addition to the usual bonuses. As a drawback, the defender is less capable of moving or attacking, losing 2 Action Points per round. The effect duration is 4 + SLF rounds.
