Through visions, this character has witnessed the Horrors that destroyed most of the human race over two centuries ago, and maybe other scenes from the last hours of the Andorian Empire. While this has left his psyche shaking, it also hardens his resolve by granting permanent bonuses of +3 Willpower and +10 . There might be other consequences of these visions...
