This character may perform a Dual Attack when equipping a weapon on each hand. The AP cost is equal to the sum of both weapons' AP cost minus 1. Each attack resolves separately. This talent also reduces by 5 the off-hand accuracy penalty, reducing it from −20 accuracy to −15, but has no effect on the −2 damage penalty.
